Why PlayOn PT

At PlayOn…

We are dedicated to personalized, 1:1 care. Whether you see us for routine prevention screening or prescribed treatment, you'll spend the full session with your evaluating therapist, to better optimize your time to recovery and the value of your dollar.

We believe in establishing a relationship, with improved levels of prevention as our goal. We would like to catch the little problems before they slow you down, but can still address the big set-backs when they occur. While no one can prevent all musculoskeletal injury and decline, identifying impairments early can greatly reduce the need for escalated levels of care.

We are focused on treating the heart of the problem and the whole patient, not just the current symptoms. While a pain may appear to be in one location, the source of that symptom is often elsewhere. At times, impairments remote from the symptom are a cause for its frequent recurrence and, when not also addressed, will have you returning with the same problem over and over. Dr. Curtis has experience in multiple approaches to full body assessment, for a thorough evaluation and treatment of all potential sources of the problem.

Dr. Curtis is post-graduate residency trained in manual orthopedics and dual board certified in orthopedics and pelvic health. She has practiced in this community for over 25 years and is passionate about applying the latest evidence to optimize her patients’ function and quality of life.
